Kay has worked with management and the Board of the Community Action Organization of Washington County on multiple organizational development and strategic planning projects over the past 10 years, including assessment of organizational structure, management systems, and redevelopment of key management positions, and development of effective strategies for sustainability, including strategies to fund adequate infrastructure within the constraints of multiple governmental funding agreements.
