Kay designed and facilitated a comprehensive strategic planning process for Central City Concern, a large multi-program nonprofit providing housing development, employment, training, substance abuse, mental health and health services. The process included analysis of organizational strengths and limitations and facilitation of a multiple strategies to engage executive, management, and line staff, board members, and key stakeholders in exploration of emerging challenges and structural options, and development of strategies to address key organizational infrastructure, management, and succession planning needs.
