Statewide Summit
Under contract with the Washington State Coalition Against Domestic Violence, Kay designed and facilitated a statewide summit on civil legal issues in domestic violence involving legal advocates in domestic violence programs, legal aid attorneys, courthouse facilitators, and pro bono legal services managers, and utilizing electronic meeting technology to build and test consensus.
