I’m excited to be planning the next stage in my work as a consultant to nonprofit organizations, governmental entities, foundations, and corporate community engagement programs.
Consulting services will include:
- Strategic planning processes
- Organizational assessments
- Capacity building planning, funding, and evaluation
- Spin-offs, mergers, and joint venture development
- Feasibility studies and business plans
- Financial systems review and development
- Board development
- Facilitation and consensus building
One of my main goals in stepping into my new consulting practice is to have enough time available to undertake more complex projects, especially those which involve the mixture of facilitation, research, data analysis, report drafting, and consensus building that has characterized some of my most challenging work with multi-party planning processes.
